Electricity, hot water, linen and towels are all included in the price. Cot and high chair are available if required free of charge. A barbeque is also available if required, free of charge.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Short lets (5 nights or less) are charged pro rata. Bookings for short lets are taken no more than 14 days prior to arrival.
A deposit of £50 is payable with the booking form, the difference is payable on arrival.
Arrival after 4pm. Departure by 10am.
